Went well! Got a new bluetooth headset (No more snagging headphones on seat trim at work! Yes!), a copy of Christine and a Christine T-Shirt, a blanket for when I’m on the computer, and the biggun. I got my sister a stereo for her Blazer, and apparently great minds think alike. Because she got me one for the Mustang!

I’ve got a Pioneer similar to that one. Was able to get the color set up to match the rest of my dashboard illumination perfectly!

I just hope the Bluetooth works on this. The Pioneer in my Dakota is supposed to have it, but it’s never worked. I’d heard it was part of a bad batch or something.

Nice! I did the same thing with the one in the Dakota.

I’ve got the 6010bs
in two different cars and the bluetooth has been pretty solid in it. Every once in a while it’ll hiccup when connecting but otherwise it’s pretty reliable. I put a newer 5120bt into a recently acquired Cherokee and the bluetooth on that one has been pretty good. Connects faster than the 6010. My only complaint with it is trying to navigate folders on the USB function isn’t as easy as it is on the 6010.

Pioneer makes good head units. Got one kinda like that for my previous car.

got one of those for my oldest. She bought a car from her aunt and the security code for the radio needs reset. She said the dealer told her she needs to remove the radio and get the serial number in order for them to give it to her. I didn’t know this until she asked for a radio last week. I told her I can get the code from the dealer without taking the radio out, but she said she wanted Bluetooth so I just grabbed her a new one.

Cheap and work well. Have used them in a few cars with good success, always connects with zero issues. I use it over the OEM Bluetooth in my Transit Connect because the OEM Bluetooth is terrible.
